1. Microwave oven
Heating in 3-4 minutes, depends on power of the oven. The more rice bars, the longer time is needed.
You are advised to put a cup of water inside the oven to make the rice softer.
Steam the rice bar with sealed package for 10-15 munutes.
3. Steam while you cooking rice
While cooking ordinary rice for your family by rice cooker: wait until the cooker switch to warm mode you can place a rice bar with sealed package into the cooker.
Tips for your health:
– Heating by microwave oven is more convenient and keeps GI (Glycemic Index) lower than by steaming. However, it may cause a bit nutritional properties lost.
